Jerry Cheung

Jerry is a third year sociology major interested in advertising.

He likes to think he writes funny articles, but he realizes, most of the time, he is just moderately entertaining. But that is fine. He is the coolest person on staff, so please read only his stuff. Thanks.

Mikayla Jordan

Mikayla is a first year psychology student at UCLA, aspiring to gain acceptance into the communications program as well.

Raised in southeast Texas, she is a strong advocate of southern sweet tea and saying the word “y’all.” She enjoys spending her spare time internet shopping and binge watching Grey’s Anatomy and Game of Thrones. A loyal Swifty, Mikayla can be found listening Taylor Swift at all hours of the day. Some may find this strange, but Mikayla knows how to just shake it off.

Kevin Truong

Kevin is currently a third year economics major at UCLA looking into a career in journalism.

A Southern Californian through and through, he was born and raised in the land of movie stars, palm trees and the non-fat soy milk latte. In his spare time he likes embarking on culinary adventures and watching reruns of Seinfeld for the twentieth time. Eytan Davidovits

Eytan Davidovits is currently a fourth year undergraduate student at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) majoring in Economics.

He was born and raised in Palo Alto, the heart of Silicon Valley. Born to a Chilean father and French mother, Eytan speaks four languages: English, French, Spanish and Hebrew. As a child, he became fascinated with computers, teaching himself major design applications as well as how to use a DSLR.

Jenn Gong

Jennifer is a fourth year political science major with a global studies minor.

She loves running, exploring LA ice cream shops, country concerts, and all things associated with summer. “Ferris Bueller’s Day Off” is her favorite movie, thus she lives by the quote, “Life moves pretty fast. If you don’t stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.”

Kelly Tran

Kelly Tran is a third year pre-psychobiology major at UCLA hailing from the great city of Orange located in Orange County.

She likes taking pictures but also likes getting her picture taken. She’s obsessed with the color blue, sushi, and boba. She also loves to watch TV, read Marvel comics, and go to Disneyland.

Chris Hsiao

Chris is a third year biology student at UCLA, preparing for the rigors of the medical field.

A native from the East Coast, he enjoys the year round sun and fantastic weather LA has to offer. He may be spotted relaxing in a cafe, enjoying his afternoon almond milk tea. In his spare time, he enjoys fine dining and subsequently working off the calories. Most importantly, he is known to be even cooler than self proclaimed “coolest” Jerry Cheung. Warren Chu

Warren is a second year Political Science at UCLA, currently deciding between becoming a lawyer or a rapper who moonlights as a Food Network show judge. He is currently leaning towards lawyer.

Raised in Southern California, he is unaccustomed to cold weather or any lack of sunshine. A big fan of football, basketball, hip hop, and sneakers, Warren can often be found not studying and instead wasting his time doing something entirely unproductive, eating, or both at the same time. An aspiring photographer (and hopeful future Slam Dunk champion), Warren sometimes takes pictures and is the star pupil of the local YMCA zumba class.

Valentia is a third year (but graduating!) studying Economics and Accounting.

She hails from a faraway land 8,769 miles away but is now residing in LA and has no intention to leave anytime soon. She genuinely enjoys reading about the financial markets, but often she ends up binge watching shows like Game of Thrones, House of Cards and Breaking Bad instead. An EDM enthusiast and a die hard Arctic Monkeys fan, she spends probably too much time at concerts and shows.
