So, you’re looking for some interesting watches. Maybe you have an interview in a week and you want a nice silver sports watch. Or perhaps you have a date soon and you want a nice classy leather watch. Well, luckily for you, you don’t have to do all of the tedious research to figure out what watches are nice and cheap. Here are five brands you should check out:
1. Fossil ($100)
If you’re looking for a more reputable brand, go on Fossil’s website. All of their watches (casual and dress) are very nice. You can’t go wrong with any of the watches available. The only downside is that some of the very nice watches run up to $200, but generally you’re getting some cooler, more complex style watches at Fossil than the other brands.
2. Timex Weekender ($46)
This is a cult fashion classic on a ton of style blogs. Its design is simple. The numbers aren’t too big and it’s minimalist with its font. However, its biggest appeal is its customizability. The watch has a variety of straps each with different designs for different occasions (leather for formal occasions, colorful nylon for casual encounters).
3. Nixon Time Teller P ($60)
If you’re looking for a quirky, sci-fi but still sleek and cool watch, check out this watch. There are 28 different designs for this particular watch. It’s a good casual watch that you can wear out often.
4. Seiko ($200+)
When you first go onto this website, you’ll notice almost each and every watch is over $600. Some watches go up to $5000. Ignore your desire to immediately close the page. Go to product search and set the price range from 100-600 and then sort it from least expensive to most expensive. There you’ll find some very nice watches for $200. They’re classic designs that range from the sporty to formal. If you have money to spare, and you care about branding, check out Seiko. They’re prestigious for a reason.
5. Swatch ($50-100)
A quick look at Swatch originals will give you the impression that its designs are quirky. If you’re looking for a crazy, creative watch that sticks out. Check out Swatch. They’re kind of nontraditional as opposed to the other brands which stick with more traditional timeless designs.
Ladies, don’t worry. We are coming up with a guide for you in the coming weeks! Stay tuned.
